We offer 2 shipping option. Bhutan Post and Local pickup.

Bhutan Post - We ship parcel through Bhutan post to all Dzongkhags except Thimphu.
Local Pickup – You have to pick up from our store if you are Thimphu.
You can choose shipping method while checkout.

Can i cancel my order ?

Yes . You can cancel your order anytime before shipping. after dispatch order cannot be cancelled.

How is shipping cost calculated ?

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped . you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.

How do i know if my item has been shipped or not ?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped! You can also log into your account at any point to check on the status of your items.

How do I place an order ?

Find the item you want. Click on the product and add to cart. Carry on shopping if you want something else. Click Checkout at anytime to see what you've selected, change quantities or remove items. When you are ready to buy, click Checkout and fill the BILLING & SHIPPING address. And click place order button. We'll email you an order confirmation. We'll get your order ready to send - relax and wait for your item!
