Born on March 29, 1999, Tempa Tshering is an 18 years old Poet. He has his roots in Jabgang village, Sherimung Geog situated under Mongar Dzongkhag. He completed his primary and secondary education from Serzhong Lower Secondary School.

Tempa had an uttermost passion for composing poems and stories since lower classes. Down the road, he began to work on a poetry booklet in the 11th standard. a After investing a great deal of time, he completed his debut poetry booklet during the fall of 2016. This year, he topped the Arts stream in BHSEC examinations with 85.25% which really proved a year with full of promises to bring out his poetry booklet as an expression of ageless praise to his diligent parents and dedicated teachers who nurtured him with unwearying guidance and support. Besides composing poems and stories, singing and getting a load of music remains his greatest passion. Throughout his school days, Tempa participated in various literary activities and emerged out best in numerous contests. One of his most remarkable achievements was winning the National Essay Writing Competition for three consecutive years. He also won numerous awards and certificates in poetry contests held by different forums around the globe. Tempa dreams of becoming an archaeologist. He also aspires to become a novelist and a historian down the pike.
